Yep, Bobby recorded 51 Highway Blues on one of his early Lps too. My version has been partially influenced by his. But this song is actually very old, much older than Bob's recording. Bob's rendition of it is his interpretation, just as mine is my interpretation and so the process of influence and interpretation continues ever onward.

Blues is not about singing original tunes. It's about the music to make people feel good when they feel bad. It has nothing to do with whether Dylan ripped off Woody, or Muddy Water ripped off someone before him. It's whether folks like what's played. All music is derivitive to something. All of it.
