  • damn is that his wrists cracking away there..........hate that friggin noise!

  • looks like syntholl in his triceps :#3

  • Very good at what he does!

  • His arms look like that e-bar thing they kinda curve haha.

  • This guy is legit. You can obviously tell whether someone has natural muscles compared to muscles from steroids. This guy is 100% natural.

  • steriods............ so obvious

  • Whats the difference between weight-lifting and bodybuilding?

  • @RapRnB4u Weight-Lifting is more to do with strength whereas boy building is exactly what it sounds like. Getting that perfect physique and muscle definition.

  • he always look so serious never smiles but good workout dou

  • he alwys look so serious he never smiles

  • hes a Pro

  • wow man you look like a tank like really your juiced as hell!!

  • the best thing is just to lay ur arm down on a bench, a weight in ur hand and than u muve ur hand up and down. after 30 reps, it burns like hell and after 3 sets ur forearm got full pump

  • NEVER listen to someone that refers to pronation and supination as "wrist flippers". This guy is UNEDUCATED. He is a muscular guy, but clearly has NO UNDERSTANDING of how the forearm muscles work. Please read my suggestions below, as to how to properly perform this exercise. I do not want to see people waste their time. I have been doing this for 20 years. My forearm video should be ready by October. Flexordigitorumsuperficialis@gmail.com if you need top tier training.

  • Terrible exercise. Does absolutely NOTHING! Here is why: First of all, this exercise is not a "wrist flipper". It is a combination of pronation (working your pronator teres ans pronator quadratus) and supination (working your biceps). The reason that the exercise (the way he demonstrates it) is a waste of time, is because he is doing it with a dumbell. NEVER do this with a dumbell, because a dumbell has weight on both sides of your hand.

  • @hhhk20 This exercise must be performed with an object that has weight on only ONE side of your hand. A small sledgehammer would be ideal. Moving your hand away from the head would make it more difficult, and moving it closer would make it easier. Power systems.com has a plate-loaded pronation/supination device, if you're willing to spend a little money. His method DOES NOT work because the weight on one side of the bar counterbalances, and negates the weight on the opposing side.

  • @hhhk20 Interesting point. How about if we remove the weights from one side of the dumbbells? No need to buy special equipment then, I think. Also, the weight should be on which side: on the side of your body, or on the other side? Or, could we do each of them as separate exercises? Thanks.

  • @RatRaceAce Assuming that you could remove weight from one side of the dumbell, then yes, that would work. For the biceps , you would hold the bar in a neutral position, with the weight below your pinky (the part of the dumbell with no weight would be pointing toward the ceiling). Supinate till the bar is parallel with the floor, and your palm is facing the ceiling. The weight will come toward your body (midline), as you perform this movement.

  • @hhhk20: @RatRaceAce : Yes, I've just got myself the simple "adjustable" type of dumbbells similar to that used in this video, so I can load whatever weight I want on either side. Will follow your advice. Thanks again.

  • this guy is on steroids.

  • lols!! carlton doing weight lifting .))))

  • @seBAnewbie lol

  • @seBAnewbie rofl

  • FUCK YOUTUBE COMMERCIALS

  • Judging by his forearms, we have all the evidence that shows this works.

  • kid haha

  • rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrroooooooooooiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiidddddddddddddddddsssssssssss

  • He didn't mean that, fag! He said "You don't want to user your shoulders or your biceps". What he's tryin to say is that you should use the forearms rather than other muscle groups. Of course the biceps is a prime mover, but its not the intention!

  • I do things at home... and have a similar exercise I call 'wrist revs'... where I hold the dumbbell in my hand, palms facing the ground, and rev, like on a motorcycle. straight down and straight up motion.

  • everytime i do this

i can here cracking in my wrists..

    i dont get y?

n yeas i do have alot of calcium

  • fk goin to start doin weights again hehe this guy fkn tank cunt

  • F1 drivers do this to build strength and endurance in their forearms/wrists for high-g turns.

  • I like this guy he explains things simply and unlike some of the other timewaster 'coaches' he isnt a skinny weed and actually looks like he should know what hes talking about.
