I'm not worth my weight. My glass is virtually identical to this. Before using the ash catcher, I could blow through a screen on one bowl with a Bic lighter. The flame is drawn down the pipe like a torch. I've seen vids of them lighting with what looks like a burning wick. I am unfamiliar.

@aerez619 Not neccesarly, you would be suprised how much they overprice name brand bongs. How much is a roor tube that has what, a defused downstem, no percs, and 5mm thickness? 300$? How about that's a total rip off? You're purely paying for the RooR brand their you see. You take the roor paint off the 300$ roor that has no percs, or anything, and what do you have? A 130$ glass tube. Get my point? Just because a bong is not RooR and it's under 250$, it doesn't mean it's chinaglass.

Then you have your RooR, for 300$, which has no percs, 5mm thickness, ice catcher. So you're telling me, I'm going to pay the extra 180$ for "blown with morre technique" which means NOTHING, and the RooR brand that's been painted on the bong? No thanks, I'll stick to my 200$ bong that's actually worth the 200$.

@rspk25 honestly im not the biggest fan of roor so using them as an example is useless, but at the same time i can gurantee that roor is better made than your glass because the quality control standards at german roor and even on us roors are much higher than hoss. hoss glass isn't bad and the smoke is definately worth the price, but its a more mass produced glass that uses the ideas of other individual innovators such as the glycerin coil by illadelph. but hey, its w/e floats ur boat.

the flame from a torch kills over 90% of your thc before it travels through your tube, only 30% is wasted when you use a regular lighter, i do w/e it takes to eliminate the flame and butane elements when i smoke, even if it mean my broke ass has to spark up a bowl using the cherry from a cigarette, it doesn't waste like flame and butane,
