The White dragon head on black shoulder pad is actually the company markings of the 1st and 2nd companies. The Salamanders 5th company has a black dragon head with a yellow shoulder pad. But that's just what the fluff says, your army looks amazing I'm trying to paint up the entire 2nd company myself.

Flat black undercoat and snot green, then a wet blend highlight of mixed snot green and skull white. Unfortunately my crappy photography skills means you can't see the highlight too well.
