You can find standing instruction online by googling hara line, however, I would recommend taking instruction directly from Barbara Brennan's book Light Emergining.
1. Sit down in indian style, or use a meditation bench and put your hands on your hips. Pay attention to your posture. You want your back and belly to be aligned and straight as if a lazer could pass thru your crown down through your heart, then your belly (hara, tan tien), then into the center of the earth. Use your breath to draw up energy from the core of the earth by taking deep and slow breaths. Set you intention towards your tan tien 2 inches below your belly button. u want 2 make it hot.
I made these vids for my friend, but I suppose I should give some instruction in case someone else finds the video and is interested in the hara meditation. The orig hara line meditation is located in Brennan's book "Light Emerging". Sending energy through your hara line connects you profoundly to mother earth. The sitting version is for those unable to do it effectively while standing do to back problems or fatigue.
Thanks for this, it's the only demonstration for this on youtube.

Sorry the vid is fuzzy. I usually meditate at night. My garden is on an incline so it looks like I'm crooked, but my meditation area is nearly level.
