I can see where your coming from on this. Because it's a little depressing sometimes seeing certain characters like Lex and Clark or Lana and Clark, interacting and knowing exactly what's going to happen with these relationships.

I'd have to agree w/ BambiArmani. Apparently in the comics, Lana was w/ Pete and had a kid, but Pete's not there anymore. Or what about Superman Returns? In the comics, Lois and Superman (Clark) were "supposebly" married, but Lois was w/ someone else, but has Superman's kid.

yeah i think its fake death when the car exploded ,clark and lex wont die i guess , chloe lana lional or lois, i dont want chloe to die >.< , maybe series 7 will be about clark training and killing phantoms again...

there was a longer trailer too - i saw it on dailymotion - and it shows lois being stabbed & lying in chloe's arms, as well as making it clearer than this trailer that the car that explodes *is* lana's...I don't see how it can be either of them to die though...unless it's a 'fake death' for lana
