According to a magazine article on Thrasher a couple of years ago, Arto Saari was warming up to do a switch board slide down the rail you see there. He went for a smith grind to start but was injured very badly. That is why there is no "footage". It was because Arto was only warming up for a trick, not because it is too graphic.
