As an auburn fan, i did watch a lot of uf when tebow was there and one play that mullen loves and thats the trap play with the counter....it gets at least 5 yds a carry, he uses it a lot at miss st now too

Yep, I was surprised to see him run a "slow" 4.4 at the combine as well. He just might be one of those guys that has another gear with the pads on and not a track guy.

@jkeenan18 The only Florida players with exaggerated 40 times were probably Louis Murphy and Joe Haden.Now i will say this Florida's corners and safety's got exposed against Alabama but for the most part their team athleticism is unparrallel to 97 percent of college football.And when you look at Percy Harvin,Jeff Demps,Chris Rainey,Andre Debose,Brandon James, and Deonte Thompson they are running 4.3 or better

Keep in mind, those 40s are hand-timed, I assume, so the coaches probably do think they're legit. It doesn't make them any more accurate, obviously, but the point is that they're not meant to deceive people.

He tried to convince Meyer to let him play. He didn't give a shit about his ankle, and he didn't give a shit about migraines. And yes I would not be surprised if coaches had him sit out. We were playing USCe and FAU. These were not big match-ups.
