  • how do you find out the volume of hho you produce.? and how do you find out how much is needed , say for a 6.0 L engine??

  • @etec300occ watch my video about HHO installation FAQ's and watch one of my videos where I review a dry cell. These will answer your questions.

  • Hi Mike

Could you tell me something about the outside plastic wall?! It is not so that after 1 year the plastic will leak, beacouse of heating and cooling constantly??

    Regards AREK

  • great presentation---thank you for using a steady tripod! most of the HHO presenters don't have the decency to use a tripod and workd table to present their ideas. one ends up with a headache at the end of the presentation.

  • thank you dear internet, dont let them to overtake this liberating ideas!

  • why the neutral plates?

  • @jeffddow Check out my video on neutral plates. I can't put a link here or I would.

  • is brass the best material?

  • YOU ARE CHEF HELLO FROM GREECE AND THANKS YOU

  • Take a shot everytime you hear nut or tab

  • @wmmajt What can I say I can't afford to hire any REAL talent!

  • @hhoconnection I thought it was moderately funny; However, I do not drink. I like your setup, and I appreciate the work, as well as the helpful video. Have you successfully modified any of the cells to work with a vehicle/engine as of yet? Also, what kind of power source do you use?

  • ignore my soldering iron falling on the floor and starting a fire lol

  • thak you

  • Hello, are you still using HHO in your car? Thanks for sharing ;-)

  • Hello my friend, I live in Brazil, I can not speak English, I used the google translator to type in, wanted to assemble a kit for my car, it could pass the measure as plate thickness, width, length, thickness of the sealing or mounting diagram, be very grateful, hugs, Amauri Correa da Fonseca. Email: amauri12009@uol.com.br

  • Is that true that soda or salt can damage the pistons, since soda eats the steel?

  • do you have a digital template for the plates? if u do can you pleas send me a link to it

  • one problem you didnt hook up all the plates why not doesnt that mean less hho production im sure

  • for a generator hydrogenio with 7 boards should be configured as N-+.

  • @frank0067 WTF is any of this supposed to mean?

  • @frank0067

NOthing..ignore my ranting pls.. i get frustrated when information is left out thaqt shouldnt be, ill revoke the comment

  • this is a great solution to the problem

  • Dear Mike: Can I buy the plates only for the design that you are showing now.....or the parts for the cell only, that is, the plates and the hard covering and the nuts and bolts only. Please qoute me in my yahoo...mannyrruta@yahoo.com.ph

    Thank you.

    Sincerely,

    MANUEL RUTA

  • I'm making a cell are the following sequence +---+---+---+ the least are the most negative and positive plates in a cell with 16 * 26 and I'm hesitant to use soda water or water with vinegar salt water agradesco comment will also put a video of the preparation of the mine but in Spanish thanks

  • do u have a vid of how a dry cell works where the water goes, whats nutral,im good with electrolysis and would very much like to know how the water works and where it goes in relation to the unit, maybe u got a link i can look at

  • well ellaborated. Thank you

  • mui bien

  • What is the purpose of the neutral plates?

  • The purpose of neutral plates is to lower the voltage between the + and - plates. The optimum voltage between consecutive plates is 2 - 2.2 volts. Anything more than that and you are wasting power and eventually boiling the water. Each time you add a neutral plate you are adding resistance to current lowering the voltage between plate gaps. I run 5 neutrals and my cells never overheat as long as I don't overdrive them with too many amps.

  • @hhoconnection Why would you want to lower voltage? Don't you want to run high voltage and amps through the water to break apart as much water as possible? I can't grasp why people use these neutral plates. It just doesn't make sense to me. Can you possibly explain it further?

  • @enticed2zeitgeist Please look at my comment above about using neutral plates. If you still don't understand do some research, it's all about keeping voltage between any two plates below 2.2 volts!

  • @enticed2zeitgeist thermal runaway is what occurs if you run high current. lowering the voltage using plates allows for a more stable running of the cell. As the water temp increases so does conductivity which is good but eventually you will start to pull more amps then your 12v system (typically) can actually drive, or you will melt inadequate power and ground wires, or you boil the water, whcih is counter productive. If you are creating heat you are wasting electrical energy.

  • nice..i like it a lot

  • HI Mike

How do you prevent the cell from freezing in the winter months?

  • I live in the Los Angeles area and it does not freeze here.

  • @hhoconnection Can you give a schematic of the plate layout ie which are + and - and which ones are neutral. thx, good vid too

  • @Raymondo873 Hey Raumond... Do it like me ... i live in area who we got -40 degree celcius!! Just Put your HH0 cell into a box with an simple eater about 200watts on 12 volt system. Just for the Cell don't freeze. You don't need to warn it. And for a long stop, just put some cap on the system, then remove it, and remove your water solution from the entire system and you're good to go! We live in winter cold area their no more option.

  • @Raymondo873 Try adding a pump to your bubbler line. It will keep the water flowing, and not allow it to freeze. If you're going to do this while your system is off, be sure to keep the battery charger on!

  • @Raymondo873

hmmm, i think a bit of antifreeze might be a good idea, but you dont want to put any unneccisary chemicals into your engine, so i would ask someone else about that, lol. or try pure antifreeze in the HHO generator (not connected to your engine intake) and see if any gasses are produced. if not add an electrolyte. if still no gasses are produced, then i say put antifreeze in your HHO generator and try it in your car, but i would ask somebody who knows what theyr doing im 15...

  • @saharahottie Nope. I tried anitfreeze. didn't work out good. Gonna try solutions with vinigar, wiper fluid, rubbing alcohol, and maybe hydrogen peroxide. One guy does have a vid for this. found it once, but can't find it again..

  • @Raymondo873 I be working on that problem myselft with my homemade units. I live in Michigan and it does get cold. Goto wcemichael and check out my super simple hho cell

  • @wcemichael I checked out your super simple hho cell. You really need to incorporate some kind of neutral plates. I'm sure that unit gets very hot, not to mention a lot of rust from the 304 stainless. Not trying to beat you up, just the facts.

  • @hhoconnection No problems. Been playing with HHO for a couple of years. Your unit is great for the guy who has lots of money and fully understands everything, BUT mine is best for the beginer with no money. This is the unit that will get everybody into HHO, just because of the simplicity. Once they get thier feet wet they will be getting into the more complicated units. If the bottle or bolt does wear out, $5-5min replacement. Heat and voltage are controled by using less baking soda or MSG.

  • i see a very disproportionate amount of build your own hho system videos vs put it in a car and make use of it videos, any reason for that? it obviously makes the gas but does it serve a purpose?

  • That's because making it work in an engine is very tricky. While some have had success, others have not. I personally think HHO is a fantastic fuel and we need to get more people involved to try and figure out the best uses for this amazing gas. The EBN cell was designed to be a tool for experimenters not a plug and play system for an automobile.

  • I like the mess better!

  • All right, its a great job... Could you tell me please, how many plates it has?

  • This cell has 21 plates and has 4 neutral plates between each positive and negative plate.

  • excellent idea! another benefit is that one lead cannot pop accidentally out and touch a neutral or opposite polarity plate...

  • Wellcome in the Genius club!!! Great!

  • That idea is too good to pass up! Great job.

  • BRILLIAINT! Why didn't I see that? Thank you sir!

  • I actually played it back, for verification, after the fact. I couldn't edit or delete my question, sorry.

    Here's a better question:

Have you tried raising your gas vent or reducing your electrolyte level to keep it contained within the Cell? This would eliminate the necessity of a return from the bubbler/reservoir, since the gas would be much drier. Just my guess. I haven't actually attempted any experiments yet.

  • I like your method! But, with more POS plates than NEG, won't you produce more Oxy than Hydrogen?

  • In the beginning of the video I just mis-spoke. I did finally say that I hook up three negatives and two positives.

  • the water molecule has two atoms of hydrogen for each oxygen atom.

  • Just the way I like it!!! Innovative thinking man :))

  • Excellent!

Great conversion/solution for an common problem. Great job!

    Steve

    InstallGuys

  • i built an earlyer dry cell with both connections on the outside of the plates..but was a pain to build. so i went with the tabbed design i like your idea i will try it. on my dry cells

  • Ok this is a pretty slick idea! I like it a lot. :)

Umm.... How would do you do a 3N5 arrangement for this same cell?

Looks like you would need a 90 deg turn for 1/2 of the connectors.

Anyway, that neither here nor there.

This is an excellent idea. (just in case I hadn't mentioned it before. ;)

  • Nice tip... As SSC said, we've had several discussions concerning various prototypes and the preference to reconfigure them quickly for testing and experimentation. What you have seems like a viable interim solution that addresses some of these issues...

    Good one.

  • If you want to save yourself a little effort, just purchase the uninsulated versions...

  • Thank you for a great idea ,makes life little bit easier, and this is a neat solution for connecting it ,yet we need more surface area touching the plates from those slide in connectors for lesser heat built up on high amps draw .

    Again nice and neat design

  • simple and looks like it should work ... great idea ...

actually, the design you speak of that higherpower is offering was one of our prototype designs that we have so far decided not to market ... it seemed most of our clients prefered the ease of being able to reconfigure on the fly ...

in a way, your solution offers the best of both worlds ... think I will discuss this with our our R&D guys ...

thanks for a great contribution ... hope others will take advantage of this ...

  • let me know how your feedback on this idea goes . if enough people like this idea, I might could talk the manufacturing guys into giving us a little more plastic on the top of the end plates . maybe make it possible as an option to run a bolt all the way through from front to back .

if we thought our customer might pay for the additional hardware, we might even be convinced to include the pieces you suggest in the kit .

but we need to know if this is what our customer wants us to do .
