Ram On was a fav. But I will NEVER attend another McCartney concert again. The majority of people who are drawn to his concerts are there for the Beatles NOT Paul McCartney. The Beatle songs chosen (at least this night) were ones that you would hear on ANY Pop/Bubble Gum station on the dial.
I was there as well. We (6 of us) had great seats first section above floor. Only problem we were the only ones dancing. My oldest son (30) got into a verbal battle during this song with the pussy whipped "gentleman" sitting directly behind us because he (& others) kept telling us to sit down. Needless to say we kept boogieing.
@dnteatylwsno But the best part was when my youngest son (23) who was sitting 4 rows down jumped up, turned around and did the "Garth" Foxy Lady dance. We lost it. What timing. These people didn’t recognize one Paul/Wings song let alone Hendrix. What a bunch of effin’ GEEKS! They didn’t get up until Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da; the lamest song on the White Album. News flash people the Beatles been over for 40 years. Paul’s solo career bests the Beatles by some 31 years.
I was there Aug 14th. 6th time I've seen him starting with Wings over America in 1976. This was the best. I say that every time but this time I mean it!! Thanks so much for posting. I only wish I was sitting that close!
