Its not fake, sometimes you will really see aircraft flying in the same direction separating only 1000 ft. above you.

Try finding this keyword "pilotoko" he's a filipino pilot for Philippine Airlines he has tons of video like this, from Malaysian Boeing 747 1000ft. above to Boeing 777s 1000 ft. below there aircraft
