The song is called Vestage by TM Revolution. It can be found on the Gundam Seed Destiny Soundtracks. As for the concert, the concert is a celebration of Gundam Seed and Seed Destiny. Many of the songs from the 2 series were performed live.

Well, atleast he sings live. And Imo, he is one of the best actual live singers! So many artists lip-sync these days, mostly pop. There is also auto generated human voices when translation movies. So just imagine what artists can do when they modify their music. The ones who lip-sync perhaps can not sing at all!
