Same questions as @bang649 ...I'm really curios about the answer if you can send me ... the questions were : -how to not lose my enthusiasm? and -what happend if i fail to much?
@sgtshendou seriously , don't just study for passing the exam! just understand the subject ! this is the only advice that anyone can give to pass your exam or life!
I live in a house designed by Wright, drive a Ford, just finished watching Snow White, while eating half a pound of Americone icecream. Oh, and I'm texting this comment through a pc that uses Windows... Isn't life awesome?
If you guys want to keep your passion and use your energy to create action like the people mentioned in the video i highly recomend listening to Anthony Robbins.
Hi Doug, really great work! I would like to know your thoughts on the question somebody asked "how to not lose my enthusiasm?" and also how to consistently work passionately day in and day out?
Great and encouraging video. Personally I appreciate Frank Lloyd Wright's creations as he understood and sought out harmony with nature - "organic building". I believe architects here in Puerto Rico employ that perspective with "passion".
nice vid. eventhough i'm closer to architecture i still believe that your vids are really helpfull into getting a good general idea of how things work in real world. you could give some examples of a product's alternative use. take for example post it note pads. it started as a instant glue fornula that completly went wrong until someone used it to stick his notes on his desk so that he could find them next time. ican provide you with relative info if you want to eventhough net's full of that
In a book called "Outliers", the author says it takes a min. of 5000 hours of experience to become world-class good at something. Those hours have to be "learning something new" hours, not repeating the first hour 5000 times. To put in that many hours of hard learning at anything requires real passion. BTW, a 40hr./week job = 2080 hours in a year.
I can't remember who said this, but it's very true: "I find that the harder I work, the luckier I get."
Mr. Patt, can you please email me some books that have enlightened and inspired you in life? Would really appreciate it.
