I can totally relate to this video. I used to be on Ravencrest a month and a half ago. The server would crash all the time during groups, raids, and battlegrounds. And then it would stay down for 1-4 hours with absolutely no message from Blizzard as to why this is happening. Even on the forums, after countless threads, we'd get the "Sorry for the inconvenience" response. I couldn't take it anymore so I paid to move. I think that's why they won't fix it. They want you to pay to transfer.

Just cancel your account with "ravencrest crashing" as reason. If a few thousand people do it, then Blizzard will see the DOLLARS being lost and understand that investing in brand new hardware is worth it... DOLLARS is the only language the execs of a multi-million-company like Blizzard speaks. Obviously - you can reactivate your account before it expires - but be sure that this is the most effective form of communication in cases like these.

Every week our guild are just have 2 skip to raid and have been like this last month now and we only raid 2 days a week and every sngle time this shit happns.
Havbe posted serveral times on the forums but as u said we dont get shit back for it.
Been Playing since beta now and atleast in vanilla we got compensated and shit but not since they got buyed up from Cheap Activision that only seem 2 thinks about their money.

Not part of Ravingcrash but I feel for you guys, the issue with the paying for a service now give it to us, bit is difficult to fight with.
Whilst Ravingcrash has gone down (again) Blizz will argue that there are 20+ other servers for you to play on, probably the reason why Billing wont give you extra days. Wish I could help, but sadly I cannot :(

Good job. Totally agree this is just fucked up.
Every week our guild are just have 2 skip to raid and have been like this last month now and we only raid 2 days a week and every sngle time this shit happns.
Havbe posted serveral times on the forums but as u said we dont get shit back for it.
Been Playing since beta now and atleast in vanilla we got compensated and shit but not since they got buyed up from Cheap Activision that only seem 2 thinks about their money.
Get our server back now FFS.

The things you're saying on this video are absolutely spot on mate. I play on Raven as well and I'm pretty much sick 'n tired of the crashes and lags. The thing is that they always occur at the most inconvenient times. My whole guild basically feels the same way, we've called and asked about the matter and we all get the same freaking response. I can't belive this crap , I mean really.

Very well said. Your frustration is shared by everyone on Ravencrest. Our guild is right now having to cancel yet another raid.
Blizzard's conduct over this is an absolute disgrace! I would love to see some bad press about this on one of the prominent mmo websites.

Bless ya for your northern accent on the audio describe function.
You aren't loosing it, it is annoying to organise a raid and it then fall apart because the server isn't stable. Having fairly recently transfered to the realm from Executus, a low pop server, I really empathize with your view that if they are going to offer us a transfer it should be to a realm with some life :P I don't want to go to Al'akir, no offense, but alliance side sucks. I want to be on a realm with some life!

Not part of Ravingcrash but I feel for you guys, the issue with the paying for a service now give it to us, bit is difficult to fight with.
Whilst Ravingcrash has gone down (again) Blizz will argue that there are 20+ other servers for you to play on, probably the reason why Billing wont give you extra days. Wish I could help, but sadly I cannot :(
