Yes, I confirm that this box set does not play on PS3. However, it DOES play on Mac. I play it on my Mac and output it to TV. This box set is amazing. I must say that the performance of Ornament/The Last Wrongs is perhaps the best I've seen from them (granted, what i've seen before is crappy youtube videos from phone cameras). If you can buy it (about 70 USD) I would definitely get it. Simply amazing.
I think your best bet is ebay or play trade. since it is limited to 5000 you might have to pay a bit more than the original rrp. hope you find it though, its well inspiring. about to watch it a second time through

Ladies & gents...re: NTSC:
If you have a recent DVD player (but *apparently* NOT PS3) and a flatscreen HDTV, you should have no problem playing Region 0 PAL DVDs.
Get it while (if?) you can... SO worth it.
