OMG, she's speaking english, because she doesn't know hindi very well. Her dad is Kashimiri (Idk if he's muslim or hindu, or etc; and I honestly dont care; CUZ IM NOT RACIST!) and her mom is English. I do agree that she acted a little weird in this clip. XD. BUT im really dissipointed, because I find a lot of people who share the same heritage as me, to be so racist.
