I think you mean Abadat. Shamar is the desert level which is modeled after Northern Africa and the Middle East. The level in this video (Abadat) appears to modeled after the region called Oceania (Australia and other south Pacific Island nations)

yes and no. The ocean part reminds me of the great barrier reef and the land part where it shows those ancient ruins,is a bit like the Aztecs or the Pacific islands.
