Hi Carmel, I was going to wait until the 13th video to leave a comment, but just had to mention how wonderful I thought your analogy using the Garden of Your Mind, I've referred to this occasionally in poetry and in lyrics. I'm enjoying your video's and really glad you invited me. My wife and I are always helping others try to find a better way and I could really use some of your teachings. There is a lady we have known for years that can truly benefit by these video, I will share with her.
It is clear now why I can't move beyond my 'old' way of being. The 'new' me (how I would like to be) does not fit the profile of what my subconscience knows 'me' to be and throws it out! It allows in only those thoughts that validate it's perception(sp) of the 'real' me. Ahaaa...
