The camera mount is just a cheap plastic thing off ebay its mounted using velcro straps onto the paracord in front of the cockpit and secured with a mountain climbing carabiner (just in case the velcro strap fails), i also use an iPhone to track my route using the north face ap and an overboard pouch strapped to my lifejacket keeps the iPhone safe and dry, hope this helps ;-)
you should make a video about how your camera is mounted on the boat or however you've done it. I kayaked in a storm on a lake once too in 30-40 MPH winds and i thought it was fun, it was scarry, and I ended up having to be rescued by a friend. this brings me back to that day.

AWESOME! about to buy my first Kayak... want to be able to do as much with one model as possible this just may be it.
