A song about license plates is mediocre by definition, but his singing would elevate it to greatness. That's my point. Al makes any music sound good, and on this we absolutely agree.

My goodness! Compared to songs Al has done by the great Milton Nascimento, Djavan and Ivan Lins, this song is utter BS! But as the other poster correctly states, Al elevates it to greatness!
