took me a couple looks but Marty kind of faked out the Boston D cause he was looking at the boards like he was just gonna deflect it out off the glass... instead he shot a saucer pass straight through everyone to clarkson... who somehow was aware that it was coming to him

When it comes time to talk about the best players in the NHL, goaltenders always get snubbed. Brodeur owns every significant record in the book and is still going strong.

I am a long time Penguin fan and I think that Brodeur should not have to wait to get into the hall of fame once he retires. Oh yeah, and I hope the Penguins might actually beat the devils once this season >.>

Most of the goalies today can't do that. It's a lost art. Back in the day, Hextall, Barrasso and Marty were the best.

True. Most goalies now employ the strategy of wearing as much equipment as possible and falling down whenever the puck is shot. The hybrid style dies with Marty and its a damn shame.

I'm a Bruins fan! They've been playing poorly executed dumps all season but never been punished quite like that. Awesome play from Marty though. He is amazing.

Oh I see now...yeah you guys have great defense with good goaltending and penalty kill,but without Savard your offense become even less of a threat.

@oleHABSole : This season our offense has been terrible and the number of gift-wrapped opportunities from Hunwick and Wideman is unbelievable. Still think we can make the playoffs and could do something if we cut out the stupid mistakes.
