if my memory is correct (always problematic) the song "grease" was not in the original b'way play but was written later for the movie and then revivals included it when the show reverted to the stage.

Came thinking I was going to hate this but this is OK. The thing about the original song that made it better is it just sounds cooler. Like just one guy singing it solo without smooth sounded cool.

This song is amazzinggg.
