not the entire nation eats dogs and i havnt heard of anyone eating cats. i believe the majority does not eat dogs but some perticular cities (maybe in canton) does. dont be fooled by rumors, you look silly

I'm not sure what to make of all that. I suspect the cultural aspects are being heavily managed, as well as economic and political aspects.
