fuck your mother lower don't forget fuck ass you r motherrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
I found this documentary interesting ... looking at court life can give you some insight on what kind of problems people are dealing with and how the judicial systems deals with the people.
I don't think there is some great unjustice seen in this video, pretty much normal like western courts..although... it rather looked like a complete bureaucratic institution, rather than a court of law.
although sad but interesting. some of u out of love 4 Iran tried 2 paint them as bunch of villagers'. villager or urbanite it is the prevailing behavior in that society.the impression I get: men are cordial and reconciling while women appear to be shrewd, termagant, irreconcilable and selfishly irritating. I wonder that behavior is as a result of the imposition of islamic garb which makes them feel confined and belittled hence acting up to seek freedom and femininity in a male dominated society
No one in the clip, no one i mean, knows about LAW.. no one is talking about LAW, the right of people even abused in the Court of Law under these Mullahs. One Holding to one's File preventing the individual proceeding with his/her case is against rules and law. Personal insistence and cry makes things to change - then the same mullah goes to Mosque praying for all those wrong doing. what a pity what a mess. individuals don't know their rights therefore they are abusing their own life.
Yeah because a christian county would be much better right?.......please, no country should be run by religion. Islam, Christian, Jewish run country have unbelievable crime rates...im not hating on religion, if you believe in god, i believe you should worship any way you wish but when your inflict pain on another or tread on someone for their beliefs or lack of belief then you sir/madam are fucking crazy!
You'll be surprised at the amount of doors that open up when you open up your mind
Goes to show that women have a lot of the same feelings and pain, no matter the culture. It may even be easier over there to divorce than the way it goes in America with money-grubbing lawyers, though everything else there looks hard and sad. That one little girl pretending to be the judge was cute. Remember that she will be the kind of kids our government will kill if the American people are forced into another senseless war for the evil ones. The average American does not want a war.
Now is really not the time to stereotype Iran. It is after all, one of very few civilized places left. Hope people in the west will realize that before it is too late.
@marwouan My friend, you dont know what u r talking about, whoo told u persian was fire worshiper? fire was a simbol for cleen and without bad. the zaradosta (zartosht) bleaved in goodnes and kindnes, pls serch and know about what u want to say before u talk, and sorry for my bad english speling,,
a very good documentary about family court in Iran. Quite interesting to see how they deal with divorces, child custody etc. 3/5..good to watch on a boring day.
UM, i can honestly say this movie was painful to watch, the way those men treat their wives are horrible, everyone needs love and respect not just the men, and as for the last lady saying that she wouldn't give up her child,as a mother myself, i agree w/ her 1000%, i would literly die for my child, and for some court to tell me to hand him over plike that, i just dont have the words. that sweet little girl had the right idea that she wouldn't marry anyone.i am so glad i live in america.
@marwouan NO, they r not the majority in Iran, onley in Tehran 14000 000 in efsahan 4000 000 in mashad 5000 000 and so on, there are many big citys in Iran and there r many diferents culture in Iran, i had never seen this kinde of Iranian before, first time was in internet,,,
The last one is a selfish liar and it is funny that how everyone can see through her . . . she lied about tearing up the document and keeps swearing and she is willing to kill the child rather than to give up the custody.
Because unfortunately, they have turned our Iran into an Islamic country.
And when entering a government building, such as court, you must adhere to all Islamic laws. That is why the women have to wipe their make up off and wear the black chadors, instead of just a head scarf.
1:05:55 The judge refers to the child as "it" instead of her. Can someone tell me if that's a translation error or if children have a much lesser legal status???
@parresa101 What is the exact word? I am also taking Chinese Second Language at school, and both genders are referred to as "Ta" in spoken language (even though they are written differently)
@Wolfboy183 In Persian (farsi) He or she are refereed to as "O" Most of the time, the specific gender dont need to be stated!
However the gender can be specified if wanted! A male as 3rd person is known as "Mard (or AGHA)" and a woman on 3rd person is referred to as "ZAN (or KHANON)"!!
This is as much as know, farsi is my second language!! Persian grammar is very similar to German (my 1st language) and it differ from Arabic greatly!! Dont know about chines though!!
i know this looks really bad, but its really common in Iran. cause Iranians are too passionate, when it comes to love, comes to show off or even divorce.
The lady 14 minutes in is extremely tolerant and placid; she's dealt with this kind of shit before you can tell, being rude doesn't get the job done so she's endlessly patient but pushy. well done her!
I feel so sorry for the husband @ 0:16:14 he must be so embarrassed. People want to say muslim women are oppressed but I have seen some muslim women whip their husband ass, seriously I 'm not joking
@parsimony1902 Do you honestly think this documentary represents Iranian culture or Iran? If so then you are really ignorant about Iran and Iranian people. Iranian culture and Iran is great, don't judge countries based off their governments or propaganda documentaries.
@StopPanTurkistLies and that makes it okay? Villagers are a part of Iranian culture, not just some trash. People that misinterpret the Koran are to blame here, mostly men.
@StopPanTurkistLies no doubt you are a man right? Ofcourse you would not think this to be proper representation. Who really gives a shit if they are poor villagers or rich socialites what does that even matter!!!
Divorce is not free. It costs money. Does she get the house, car, child support, spousal support, and other assets? Someone has to pay for these things. .
