So does the Orange amp provide the great distortion in combination with the Blues Driver? I just purchased a vintage mustang and the distortion doesn't ring out as much as I would have liked, and the notes don't sustain.....perhaps I should check out Orange!

without the orange manabes guitar wouldnt have that distinct pillows tone.

cause he added other effects to it, and played it faster, and that reqierd a sligtly differant strumming pattern (im a guitarist so im not trying to shoot you down. just explain why it sounded differant) ^___^

Yeah, both Sawao and Manabe s parts. Once my sister moves her drums back into the apartment, we are prolly going to start practicing it.

Anyone can play guitar. It really doesnt take a long time to learn the basics when you really want to learn. Pick up a cheapie somewhere and give it a shot!

Just follow Manabe s hands... what he is saying isnt really necessary to understand to learn the song. Just emulate him as best you can.

yes indeed he is cool he is a member of a japanese band called the pillows.. this band is responsible for a lot of theme songs for japanese animes such as FLCL
