its amazing the bond you can have with a tiny little bird. if ANYTHING happend to my bird i would be devastated. Before i got my bird i never really understood the protectivness one can have for another.

i got two budgies a couple of months ago... and can't seem to earn their trust... at one point, one of them would sleep with me if i was laying down in my bed, now it's as though she hates me... and the other likes me enough to sit on my finger while my hand is in the cage... do you have any ideas as to how to earn their trust??

I I clipped my babies wings todaya nd now they seemed traumatized... will they hate me forever? They are tame and sit on my shoulder and even fly to the top of my heada and go to sleep... hope I dont lose all the trust they have given me by clipping them...

I clipped them because I thought it would be better to have them depend on me i lil more... Theyve came around though and I feel better knowing they wont fly into my sliding glass door anymore haha. Now I kinda miss them flying to me though... I like your guys vids and so do my lil babies... they go and get all excited when they hear other birds... I leave the window open during the day so they can hear the wild birds outside.

She behaved very 'regally', she was the Queen of the house, very bossy! I miss how she used to run, tall, crest up, and her feet were a blur...
