Look people, every band has it's own unique talent and we decide which are the best. Skid Row may be past tense but their songs are freakin amazing. I like the fact that there are new groups carrying the torch for metal. I've got to admit though, the inspiration has not been nearly as prevalent recently except for with Dream Theater and countless underground bands that are incredible.
