Just wondering, are you a drinkin' gal? 'Cause I imagine it'll take a fifth of gin to kill the BUG THAT'S CRAWLED UP YER ASS about the Police...get over your bad self, already. So, when do we get to attend YOUR world tour?
Yeah Sting's always been known for his dodgy timing as far as his bass playing...but he's known more for hooky basslines, fantastic songs, and for having one of the most distinct voices in pop music
Who cares what they are wearing, or what they're saying. I was at the show, and I couldn't have been more impressed. THEY ROCKED!! And they're obviously still meshing, and / or getting tighter. Hope they put out a dvd of one of the shows from the tour.
About the DVD - they are actually planning on releasing a rockumentary covering the tour at some point, and I think they're going to put live material on there from numerous shows. It may well be a similar kind of thing to what Paul McCartney has done on his last few live DVD's, and if it's anything like that then I'm certainly looking forward to it being released.
I'm with you, Jason. I was at both Seattle shows and THRILLED with what I saw and heard! Dunno what all the hatin' is about from some of the other posters here. Sounds like petty carpin' and pure jealousy from where I'm sitting...
Read my first comment about them miscommunicating. Funny, too, in the recent Stewart Copeland article in Drum magazine, Stew has revealed that, in fact, Sting is known for rushing the tempo. He's been backed up on this statement by none other then Vinnie Coluita (one of the most accomplished drummers around--drummed on Ten Summoner's Tales).
Sting is telling Stewart NOT to go into the chorus and into the second verse instead; sometimes they switch the arrangement up. You can see in other videos from the tour where they miscommunicated this to one another.
Saw this tonight at Key Arena, this must have been from the yesterday night's concert at Key Arena. It was totally amazing. There is no doubt Police is one of the greatest bands of all time.
stop this silly comments about Stew and Sting.... if they hated each others like you seem to believe, nothing coud have put them together again. Sting doesn't need money, you know. The Police are back: can't you be happy with this and shut up? Sorry if I'm a bit rude, but I'm fed up with Police Fans spitting on Sting.... ;)

Pay better attention, Andy starts the song too fast. You can even see him say "F*ck" to himself, and once they are in they cant just drop the tempo. But of course Sting Assumes it's stew.
I would do that with "I won't share" with this video lol
