Awesome! Proves once more that Brazil gave us more than a unique form of jazz and one great masterwork. It and B.B #5 especially- live on in our minds and hearts.TY.
Complimenti!
from the many half baked, trendy, loveless, and unsensitive guitarists on youtube that i recently had the unpleasure to listen to , this one here is the most fabulous I have discovered so far, he simply has got IT. he is a real musician, not just a speedy clown or incompetent old fart as there are some who even call themselves " professors" ! here we see and hear true brilliance, unpretentiousness, musicianship and mastery, goddamn it !!!!
Youre right about the self proclaimed professors out here in youtube-ville. The internet provides a place for people to do many great things, but it is also such a vehicle for deception and lies too!
ChitarNone, I am no expert either but I can tell en elephant from a swan and GIULIO here is for sure NO elephant! it feels completely right and wonderful the way he does it
Really expressive and powerful. VERY nice indeed. :) May I ask what make of guitar that is? The flamenco configuration of woods on the body have thrown me a bit, but the headstock shape and the sheer power of it remind me of a Fleta!
a-freaking-mazing! i'm a classical saxophone player that just picked up classical guitar and you certainly make this look really easy! the fingering for etude 1 kind of threw me off for a second.
The Dynamic Range you are able to show in these studies is extremely expansive! I think the hardest thing to do in classical guitar is to have huge, varying Dynamics and you do it in spades!
a thousand times YES!!!!!!!!!! artistry on these videos and what stamina! your fingers must either love you or hate you lol. simply amazing, thank you for posting these
It is unsual and very rare to see all twelve studies being performed in one recital. It seems that This player really understands what a programme recital is.
Bravissimo!!! Obviously, you're searching the pearl, and I found it in the study n°3. The 4th is out of my taste, and should be reserved for personal practice.
You put your whole personality in your musics, full of sensitivity and intelligence.
For sure, you will stay in the annals of the Guitar.
that was amazing. ive been working with No.2 for some time. its a really vibrant peice. you performed with great tonal painting!! GreatJob on all of them.
I think that your playing is sensitive and dynamic. You've really caught the mood .Ofcourse it is technically brilliant as well.Only the music speaks ,the essence is reflected by your interpretations and I'm sure you're searching the pearl .You are a topplayer in your own right
