The "Ship that leaks from the top" line, he is quoting himself. The last interview he had had with those two and Bill Gates he used the same line "we had a saying at Apple .. isn't it funny, a ship that leaks from the top". He is referring to effect that femaie interviewer is having on the conversation. She is probably a boss of some sort hence at "the top". The best response she can think of, which she has obviously rehearsed beforehand is "you can send me an email about it".

This video is amazing! It's very important and very telling about Steve's views on business and tech. Awesome! Don't pick on interviewers, please. if Steve was talking with someone as smart as himself, he wouldn't say things he said. He wouldn't show his character like this. It's great that he is talking with the people he's talking with, it's great that he got these questions. It would be boring otherwise. He wasn't making products for geniuses only! Thumbs up if you admire Steve Jobs! Peace.

@tincho81 Most applications are pure crap, regardless of their development model. However, it is generally advantageous to use applications that are open-source. Open source applications are much less likely to have viruses and bugs, and its really useful to use an open-source application if you are a programmer, as I am, because you can learn from the application's source code.
