i'm just wondering, did you learn how to do a human flag or dragon flag first? I'm able to do around 5-10 dragon flags but i'm only able to hold a human flag for around 6 seconds :P
I used a sandbag for counterblance, and it weighs a little over 130 lbs. If you use weights make sure they're not very light, try using your hands under a couch and having someone sit on it, or even a chair, again with someone sitting on it.

that's not right. ur back touched hte ground. u shoudl be balancing on your shoulder blades, not your entire back

try to get some kind of bench with a grip .. its better that way .. also you need to improve your form

I've started using kettlebells to counterbalance the weight instead of my sandbag, and that takes a lot more coordination
