I recently had to change my fuel filter and I did this WITHOUT taking off fuel pump fuse and running fuel out from lines ... BELIEVE ME IT IS WORTH following this dude's advice - otherwise fuel is going to spil everywhere on you !!! esp. if yoor fuel filter is under your vehicle next to fuel tank!!!
@ProjectGarageOnline hi man, i have been watching your videos and want to ask if this principle applies to a diesel car? like taking the fuse out first? or is it any different? thanks, i'm from england btw
@jedsebastian Hmmm, I'm not so familiar with diesel motors. I would assume that its the same, but you might want to search around a bit more to find out for sure.
@likess I could have used the z32 filter, but I have no need for it right now. I'm N/A, stock injectors, and stock fuel pump. But you're certainly right, the z32 filter does work here.
why not get some of those blue towels you can buy at any auto shop or rags and cover up the lines as best you can when you remove the filter so they soak up the fuel that may leak and you dont have much gas to whipe up afterwards?
Thanks bro !

this sucks so bad, i cant find the fuse itself but just the relay.....if there is a relay then there must be a fuse right?

Hey, I took out the fuel relay but the car kept running, what do I do?
MasterNeko 2 months ago
@MasterNeko Take out the main fuel pump fuse, not the relay. You basically need to cut power to the fuse pump.

hi, i have a 93 nissan sunny, few days ago i ran out of gas and when i refilled the car won't start again, can someone tell me what to do ?
chidiobi 4 months ago
@chidiobi You probably need to crank it for a bit. If you ran it dry then the fuel lines are most likely empty.

Hi, I was just wondering if you need to have your gas cap taken off for the whole process.. or only until you empty the fuel from the lines? Thanks!
Victol2 9 months ago
@Victol2 Theoretically, just until you empty the fuel lines, but I had it off the whole time.
