  • Thanks bro !

    Fat 300zx Fuel Filter in

    place !

  • 4:02 "Alright, so here's the new fuel pump"

  • Man U DONT NO SHIT !

  • U don't no shot !

  • What is the purpose of taking the gas cap off?

  • @anonymousguitarguy Its just to relieve any pressure from the gas tank

  • good thing its a 240, becuz so is mine. :D

  • I recently had to change my fuel filter and I did this WITHOUT taking off fuel pump fuse and running fuel out from lines ... BELIEVE ME IT IS WORTH following this dude's advice - otherwise fuel is going to spil everywhere on you !!! esp. if yoor fuel filter is under your vehicle next to fuel tank!!!

  • this sucks so bad, i cant find the fuse itself but just the relay.....if there is a relay then there must be a fuse right?

  • DOMO

  • Hey, I took out the fuel relay but the car kept running, what do I do?

  • @MasterNeko Take out the main fuel pump fuse, not the relay. You basically need to cut power to the fuse pump.

  • dude good job badass car

  • thanks dude, great job... re: clean up that fuel... and i like the trick to lessen the pressure... crank it! great great job!!!

  • great video i will do mine soon.

  • I'm only curious, but are you Indian or black?

    Great video btw. ;)

  • @NguyenEmpir3 LOL, I'm Indian. Born in America, parents are from Madras.

  • @ProjectGarageOnline hi man, i have been watching your videos and want to ask if this principle applies to a diesel car? like taking the fuse out first? or is it any different? thanks, i'm from england btw

  • @jedsebastian Hmmm, I'm not so familiar with diesel motors. I would assume that its the same, but you might want to search around a bit more to find out for sure.

  • @NguyenEmpir3 why would you ask lmfao. you could certainly tell on how he looks

  • you shoulda use the z32 off the 2nd gen. 300zx its a bigger fuel filter

  • @likess I could have used the z32 filter, but I have no need for it right now. I'm N/A, stock injectors, and stock fuel pump. But you're certainly right, the z32 filter does work here.

  • @ProjectGarageOnline I installed one in my sr few days

  • yo u might need some motor mounts

  • @simien3691 Theres no "might" I definitely need new motor mounts haha

  • @simien3691 at first I was like "where the hell does this guy see motor mounts" then i was like "DERPPPP engine rocking when he cranks."

  • Make it has more than one gallon of fuel.

  • hi, i have a 93 nissan sunny, few days ago i ran out of gas and when i refilled the car won't start again, can someone tell me what to do ?

  • @chidiobi You probably need to crank it for a bit. If you ran it dry then the fuel lines are most likely empty.

  • Good video man... it helped me a lot... :-)

  • this actually helped alot . i have a 92 240 sx and it helped me find the fuse and everything.

    thanx

  • @zapserone No problem! Glad the video was useful :)

  • GarageBand..

  • Blood!!!!!

  • gud vid

  • i just did mines! thx bro.. do u believe that it increases the mpgallon?

  • @learyan If your filter was bad enough, then you'll see a slight increase in performance and efficiency.

  • well i'll try looks easy , thanks bro and please post more videos .

  • Hi, I was just wondering if you need to have your gas cap taken off for the whole process.. or only until you empty the fuel from the lines? Thanks!

  • @Victol2 Theoretically, just until you empty the fuel lines, but I had it off the whole time.

  • if only my fuel filter was on top

  • @the1thatgotirwin Where is your fuel filter?

  • tight vid thanks.... doing this to a 93 sentra with the GA series motor

  • @StreetRunnazz No problem man!

  • thanks a lot, your vids are the most helpful for 240 owners, not many tutorial vids out there for them.

  • @yankeessuck309 Glad we could be of help. Its nice to see that the vids are actually useful

  • is it the same location for nissan bluebird??

  • @Bhalakubhak It very well may be, but I've never worked on a FWD SR20

  • @ProjectGarageOnline Hey thanks for the tip / video on changing your filter life saver and money saver cheers mamate

  • @Bhalakubhak

On my 99 200SX, it was on the firewall, near the driver's side strut tower.

  • why not get some of those blue towels you can buy at any auto shop or rags and cover up the lines as best you can when you remove the filter so they soak up the fuel that may leak and you dont have much gas to whipe up afterwards?
