Having done quite few other Meditation methods, this is one that every soul other there should try. I have been seeking, for the longest time, I guess I will stop now, as I have arrived.

Is that true?  The more you meditate the less you will need to meditate each time to achieve the same effect?

I am not there yet. But recently, I noticed even 3 minutes helps me "cleanse" to some degree. But I thought this was just my imagination or something.

What I believe it means is that the further you come towards enlightenment, the more you have a meditation while being fully awake, do you don't need it as much because it becomes you.

well its only for those who meditate a lot (like 12 hours a day). It becomes naturual and effortless (24/7) and then you can stop meditating, because it happens on it own. Right now I am meditating 2 hrs a day.

Yes.. yes..the interviwers sometimes try to control the conversation.She started with her usual stance and before even she knew it, his simple charm took control of the whole interview..He is after all the enlightened one, his energy is differnt one.
