  • I've been doing this for four months now. I've even started growing a winter garden with green leafies. Because my energy has increased and my sweet cravings decreased, I'm losing weight without trying. This stuff is amazing!

  • I try to eat most of my green raw, whole and organic. I do make smoothies too. I love green smoothies. I do think that people should try to eat their greens rather than liquify it. It is just my opinion. But for someone who find vegetable disgusting, a green smoothie may help. My mother doesn't like vegetables and she didn't like the idea of green smoothies. Some people just have a bad attitude.

  • ey maaan! It's awesome thing that you're trying to spread this green smothies stuff! I've been doing it for some time and it really IS awesome, now my blender broke and I'm saving up for a new one ;)

    anyway, one thing confuses me - how can blender rupture cell membranes? Aren't those too small? Microscopic :)

  • If your mom is diabetic, have her try a raw food diet. If you research, all over the internet you read about people who are no longer diabetic after switching to a raw food diet. At first, she should keep to the medication she is on. After 2 weeks, she will see dramatic results in her insulin levels. If she is testing she will start noticing the difference in the first week. She should monitor as she is on the diet to make sure she is taking the right dosage for her levels too.

  • my moms a diabetic and i was told you should only eat 2 fruits a day, arent you hungry all day long? if you work in an office where do you have time to do it? im curious

  • Also, try Gorilla Sandwiches. A raw bananna wrapped between 2 ccrispy Lettuce leaves. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!

  • Wow! I am in love .man oh man, I can drink this all day long. So, how did I make it. I add crushed ice , about 1/2c of pineapples "from can unsweetened' 8 oz of coconut milk and as much spinach as I want, also added 1 scoop of protein power blend and OMG Im in love. I just wanted to say thank you. Your right, will change my life. Have a blessed day :o)

  • I made this lasts night, taste REALLY good. I added kale, whole banana and dark dark green spinach. However, I had to throw it out this morning after drinking ½ a cup. I put waaaaaaaaay to much green stuff in it a bit too thick for me to tolerate, it suppose to be good and refreshing, right? This time m going to use baby spinach. BTW, the extra, how long will it last in frig. Have a great day!
