Around that star, man built a city, (guessing to be right under or near the star) which is bathed in total daylight. The richest live there. Then comes towns which are farther away, the regulars. Then comes Yodaka, which is in twilight where the poor live.

I think its a mistranslation. Hes still biologically a boy here, I think. And if its not a mistranslation, then people probably think hes a little girl because his voice hasn't yet hit the change. :<
