And it doesn't make a difference where they have played most of their rugby. The long and the short of it, is that New Zealand poach the best players from the islands, which lowers the standards in those countries.
It also undermines the claim of best players in the world being home grown. Bot saying others don't do it. But at least we admit their heritage.
@ROB2935 Granted that may be the case but if you look at the places where they were brought up and first started playing rugby it is NZ. NZ is also like a central area of governance for smaller pacific islands That is why a lot of families move away from places like Fiji (where I am) because we can go to NZ and get a better quality of life and get citizen ship very easily. So its not poaching, they don't come here and select players, or offer them incentives, they leave on their own accord.
You racist English Dickhead! So now matter how many generations someones family may live in NZ they are not allowed to be called NZers? Racist English wanker! You might as well call all the white players the English, Irish and Welsh All Blacks!
@icedvovo8 Mils Muliaina: Place of birth: Salesi, Western Samoa.
Josevata Rokocoko: Place of birth: Nadi, Fiji.
Malili Muliaina: Place of birth: Salesi, Western Samoa
Sitiveni Sivivatu: Place of birth: Suva, Fiji
Isaia Toeava: Place of birth: Moto’otua, Samoa. So wind your neck in and admit that you steal the best players from the Islands. And for the record, calling me a "Racist English Wanker" is slightly ironic, don't you think? Let's hope you choke AGAIN, and at home! Brilliant!
Their, not there.
