Read the transcripts. He was not "molested" until two weeks prior to the murder. There was no substantiated evidence of sex at all...only the allegations of Daniel. Daniel's story changed repeatedly. He is a lying, hustler murderer.

your views on the laws of ohio are incorrect...you can have sex with a 16 year old aslong as there isnt more the 5 years apart....furthermore this kid was molested for 3 years from 13-16....so for you to say he is using his age as a excuse is a little messed up.....thats like saying if i raise my child and molest him its his fault because he killed me when it was legal to have sex with me......the kid asked for the car to take his girlfriend out on a date and the man made him have sex.
