  • screw bug repellent. can we get something that actually kills all bugs on contact?

  • alright people.. from someone who lives and works in the bush northern ontario in prime bug season - 1. DEET is god. use and love it - or hate it and get eaten. Muskol oil is best - OFF! doesnt work as well and wont protect against hords of blackflies. pugzlie was right when they said body odour is an amazing bug repellant - the worse you smell the less likley you will be eaten alive. shampoo's and deoderants will make you a target. to the point - dont wash, and use liberal ammounts of deet.

  • actually body odor is the best insect repellent and it been proven by science

  • Lack of body odor, or presence of a certain type of odor can make you "invisible" to insects.

If somebody can correct me I would be grateful, but I think proper amounts of vitamin b help.

  • To be precise, there is at least one repellent that works. To say, repellents work is incorrect because many do NOT work!

Also, aren't there household recipes that take care of the itching?

  • Mszs, are you saying that deet isn't an insect repellent that works? Whenever I go camping, I always spray deet in different concentrations and they have saved me from getting even more mosquito bites as this guy.

  • I did not say that. He tested one repellent and that worked. To say that repellents work sounds a bit too generalized to me!

  • Nice job....

  • that reminds me of one summer at a cousins' house, when we spent the night on their trampoline. they were fine. I, on the other hand, looked like a plague victim.

  • why would you do that

  • cool! 1:16 nice.

  • this guy needs to learn that itch doesn't mean scratch

  • yeah he does

  • he's makin me feel like itchin my arm

  • dude, and i thought I had it bad in the summer...

  • hes a jackass

  • no its not my mom and dad both watched ppl because they worked in a place like this

    they never did it tho

  • I could never do something like that. I would get the urge to kill every single one of them.

  • Why can't he scratch it?

  • yo this guy is making me itchy

  • I understand its a experiment but fail to comprehend why he would stick his arm in there without the repellent. I mean its pretty obvious that their gonna bite whereas a repellent would need to be tested to see if its effective.

  • Experiments need a control, even if it seems "obvious".

Just be glad it's not you!

  • typical night of mosquito bites without repellent in Louisiana LOL

  • LOL bite on top of a bite.

  • poor guy

  • What kind of repellant is that? Is it DEET-based? If so, what concentration?

  • OMG that's amazing

  • it might have been better to use a dummy...

  • Read description?

  • mosquitoes are attracted to the blood in a human's body. without the blood they wouldn't bite. in other words a dummy would not work,

  • wow you're dumb...

  • well no shit, you should of just randomly called someone from south texas and asked them they would tell you it does. it gets bad down here.....I'm talking real bad. i had a mosquito bite me that was so big i jumped cause of the pain. The fucker was around 3 inches big

  • man... now i know, i should always use mosquito repellent!!

  • garlic is the best safe/natural way to repel the little vampires, just take it in whatever form,pill/garlic salt, etc about an hour before exposure,

  • Are you willing to test that like this guy did?

  • Now test if Iching cream actually works.

  • lol

  • You stupid man!

  • scratch it, you only live once

  • than sratch it, won't hurt

  • haha it's drivin him nuts whaha

  • Two questions.

    1. Have you ever heard of malaria?

    2. How do you itch your arm?

  • Thats lab mosquito.

  • LOL

  • why does everyone say "itch" .. it's SCRATCH your arm and im sure he wouldnt put his arm in a box full of malaria mosquitos

  • haha

    ouch!

    das isch hert xD

  • if it was me... my arm would have swell like 120 times ..

  • braver than me... haha... I wouldn't do that

  • Why did you keep your arm in there for for so much fucking time? You could have taken it out as soon as you saw they were biting.

  • It's a controlled test, they'd have to keep the time exposed the same for both arms.

  • dude 150 > a few

    dont be idiotic

  • It's a controlled test, you fucking idiot. Just because he got bit more times in the second trial, doesn't mean he can take his arm out right away. THEY HAVE TO REMAIN EXPOSED FOR THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME.

  • I agree with Andrexthor, for he is smarter than science.

  • They needed to prove it works -_-(a solid one apperantly)

  • LOL i love his end reaction.. "GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR HRHRHRRRRR"

  • He sounds like Master yoda at 1:36 xD

  • Hate those... anyone got a flamethrower? That works wonder if you have the room for it... (not that it´s the best idea.. but I hate mosquitos so much that I couldn´t resist saying that) He should have at least taken some deodorant and lit them up (for FUN hehe!)

  • Do a test with off. From my experience, it's good as a fire starter, but nothing else.

  • the ad pisses me off

  • lol wow i cant believe he actually put his arm in there...

  • lame. i saw this 40 years ago on an old off comercial. "they lite but they don't bite"

  • JACKPOT for the mosquitos. lol.

  • someone give him an antihistamine so he will stop complaining.

  • yayahahayaha

  • That would itch, so bad...

  • cool
