It's not entrapment for two very important reasons.

1) The decoys go into the chat rooms, with their fake ages & pics on their profiles, and WAIT for the pervs to contact them. They don't seek them out, which would be entrapment.

2) If the predator never mentioned sex, then the decoy wouldn't either. Entrapment would be if the sex talk was started by the decoy. It isn't; they wait for the predator to make the choice to turn it sexual, which proves the intent is already there.
