Avon/Somerset Constab use these sirens (as well as the new high-pitched BTP sirens) and either they've got different speakers or the police garage is turning the volume up on them, because they are LOUD

The trip wasn't too bad, the actuall geography was abit boring (standing in rivers with a tape measure and walking through Welsh towns with a survey) but it was actually an enjoyable trip. Must admit, I saw some very nice scenery which made it a much nicer trip.
Given the chance i would do it again....despite the geography side of it. :P

I had a geography trip to swanage in dorest, got a good few pics of GWAS vehicles and dorest police response cars.
