My physics book is $192 (I just got an ebook) and my physics professor always says other countries don't charge like US does. It's as if they treat education like a business, instead of something to be prised.
Actually in my honest opinion a college degree is pretty useless unless you go beyond that to graduate school or professional school. Employers want people with experience, as a graduate u have little to no working experience beyond that of menial part time jobs. In retrospect, knowing what i know now i would have joined clubs and participated in many more opportunities like internships to get that experience that employers look for.
@FoolishInTheEnd The goal of college is to make you well rounded, the goal of an internship is to help you strength a specialized skill. Internships are great for that, I want to get into one some day.
you know thatthe oil field are always looking for people and thay will hire a college grad on the spot. that what im going in to and i have no college but go my ged.
Extremely well said, DEMCAD!!! Everything you mentioned is exactly what I've been thinking for a while now. I believe this is just the beginning of even more difficult times ahead here in America. Great video.
@jh3835 When I graduated from college 1 1/2 years ago, I made an oral presentation on how the United States would need to unify with other world currencies in order to get things rolling again. The American dollar will eventually diminish. The time of a universal world currency is looming just ahead. Prepare, folks.
The thing that grinds my gears is employers continue to think a 4 year degree isn't important and that it's incredibly easy to get. Also there's no such thing as taking care of your employees anymore. College students spent all that money on a college degree, the least they can do is give them some kind of benefits.
Sometimes I just want to punch HR people in the face and make them thankful that they weren't born at the time we were. Sorry Generation Yers, you're f*cked.
I know someone who has a Master's degree, graduated his undergrad with a 3.8 GPA (summa cum laude) from a private college, was the valedictorian of his high school class, and the college he went to never threw him a bone. His advisers sucked and used their 6 figure salary to never respond to his e-mails asking for assistance.
Its just a plan the steady break down of society let ppl go jobless soon being jobless we gotta go stealing thats when movies like escape from new york becomes our reality & when the nuke war starts &plantanimal life is gone to survive i smell canibals as for the nwo elite rich they safe in deep underground bases sad unfolding reality
Man this guy is so right. I'v Been job less for more then 8Months, I am having a huge problem finding a job. But I did apply at the IRS and yet i did'nt get hired. I guess they hired a guy with 10 year Experiences.
The value of a dollar continues to go down, inflation is alive and well, the college degree has become an admission ticket to the job market. Unemployment rates by CNN or Forbes are just for jobs with benefits, saying it's 10% average. If you count all of unemployment it's really 25-30%.
It's all about the money really when it comes to hiring but employers don't like to go there because they don't want to discourage anyone. What saves money? Experience, experience, and more experience.
just watch these videos. because your poorly informed. Unemployment is 74% Look around you. How many buildings leasing and for sale? There are closed due to business owners being forced to close do to out rageous charges and fees. Watch the videos show here.
Oh- 1 more thing...isn't it IRONIC that due to a myriad of circumstances the US is seeing a multitude of businesses FAILING- present day !-...Wait a minute !!?? Aren't these businesses being run by none othr than...yes you guessed it---COLLEGE GRADS--- starting to get the point...a college degree means diddly squat when the s*** hits the fan ! >>>I don't know about you but I would much prefer hangin out with a survivalist than someone with a piece of paper under pressed glass right now...
These colleges are just continuing with the game that big institutions played by RIPPING OFF the masses by using the FEAR CARD. They(colleges) are aware that the masses are beginning to panic and believe that by getting a formal education they(masses) will see a miraculous occurance to do away with economic hardship that is becoming reality. Face it -cash is no longer king...Thank You Congress/ Federal Reserve/Big Banks/ Wall Street / Big Buss. -Buy P.M.
bro dont be so negative about college graduates .. some employes actually preffer college graduates than to hire someone who has worked in certain field for more than 10 yrs because they could pay the college grad way less ! :) we cant be all negative .. even if the world is falling we need to stay positive :) !
I'm not trashing college grads. I'm a grad, too. But the fact of the matter is that these colleges and universities are over-charging for tuition. They're a rip off.
My dad said about 12 years ago to me that the college degree will someday be the same as a high school diploma. My take is that if these college students don't get a degree that helps market themselves to today's job market, it's the equivalent of a high school diploma. Education, nursing/health care/medical, and engineering are really the only industries where you can find a job anywhere in the US, even before you obtain the degree.
@DEMCAD absolutely!!!!!!!! all these college degrees and NO jobs. Productive Gain? Where is it? How can a college spit out a Business Degree, or a liberal Art degree for the same as a Nursing Degree? The liberal art may never get out of debt????????
@DEMCAD but how do you make a profit in a capitalistic system by overcharging? right? it just so happened that the sickness of greed is worst than its ever been, and this is the reasoning for all of these imbalances.
you fucking cox sucker what the hell is your deal my nigger, get the shit out of yur mouth go and fuck ur cunt ass bitch you little fagget bastard ps go back to ur country nigger long live the KKK
@darkalchemistninja You're such a tool. If you want to go that route, and you know which one I'm talking about, then others can do the same to you. Why don't YOU go back home. Your ancestors weren't from this land. You're not a native here. You don't belong here. Stop talking trash about others needing to go back to where they came from and take a look at yourself when you do say it. Damn Weebo 12 year-old. You know NOTHING. Learn your history. And if you're older than 12, then that's pathetic.
GDP isnt really a indicator of peoples well being I would rather work for 40k a year working avg of 35 hrs a week than make 60k a yr working 45 hrs a week.
Every time you buy a piece of electronic equipment, you support another country. Every time you buy a foreign car, you support another country. Most clothing items are made in another country ( by children) Much of your food comes from another country. Most of anything you buy comes from another country. when was the last time you spoke with an IT help desk person who didnt have a thick foreign accent? Even telemarketers dont speak English! Now, tell me again why we cant find work in the U.S.?
I just graduated in may 2009 and there is NO JOBS, I have even applied to around 50 part-time positions and still no job, because more experienced people are taking the jobs.
Basically if your a college graduate be prepared to take a MINIMUM WAGE JOB or go on WELFARE.
Your grammar isn't at the level of a college graduate. That's probably a major reason why you aren't getting job offers. The market is extremely tough right now. I just graduated and it took me three months to find a job, but it's definitely not the pay I was looking for. My advice would be to do some volunteer work or an unpaid internship. Be sure to personalize your resume and cover letter, and work on your grammar.
I agree with you to an extent. . . but your Marriage comment is absurd. please don't thrust YOUR ideals of marriage, especially when it's back by "your" reasons, instead of facts
dude, blacks aren't supposed to be so smart, pretend your a dumber, and offer to work for minimum wage.defer to whitey. I'm just trying to help you out.
largest graduating class, oh i hadn't heard that but it makes sense. I'm class of 2012, I'm certain our class is even bigger. hopefully the economy will recover by then.
I strongly disagree with you. Have you ever heard of the phrase:'Survival of the fittest'. Humans have been through worse. This is not the first time there has been a recession and I am confident that humans can get through this although there will be enormous difficulties, there is always light at the end of the tunnel
Yes that's true. This economic downturn will leave a scar on the US economy and it will be a protracted healing process.
I never really thought about the whole idea of the world degrading back to the stone age: When people lack sufficient income they will be unable to afford even the basic necessities of life which is food, clothing and shelter. And if they are unable to afford it the only solution is to live like cave men i.e build your own houses and find your own raw and water.
I like the videos you post here on the Tube. No government in the world really cares about its' citizens. I don't like politics but that's the way it is. Nobody ever said life was fair and perfect.
A full 65% of American tax money is going to the military, the pentagon has actually become the real government ! over 800 American military bases abroad, its a cancerous tumour sucking the country dry .
LOL.....You might be right about only gay people are practicing marriage. The divorce rate is 50% and will most likely increase overtime. From some of those guys' perspectives watching those divorce courts, they wonder if marriage is about money and sex only, instead of spirituality, committment, and loyalty.
the fall time frame you mention is as good a guess as i think can be made. late fall early winter is going to be primed to explode. thats when i think we'll see if james howard kunstler's 'first broken window' theory of social uprising is true or not.
God I hope so, I am working two full time jobs to keep my family fed and sheltered without taking any handouts from the gov. I hate that system and frankly as long as I am able, I will work till I am passing out before taking any assistance.
That was the best one I've seen to date. I like how you still manage a chuckle every now and then while dealing with such grim outlooks on the future. Nobody can deny a word of what you said. Sad but true.
Excellent research and analysis. When will Obama start listening to people like you and get out into the devastated neighborhoods and tent cities? I still have hope in him but it is wearing thin. I have a lot of hope in you and the many others who are working hard to tell the truth and provide the real solutions. Thank you. You are a true American hero!
All my friends bragged bout what college they went to and what they where going to study now that they all have degrees and some Masters Degrees are all looking stupid in the face becuz their is jobs and they stuck working at jobs that u can literaly roll otta bed and get..... while my noneducated self is making plans on leaving the USA for Latin America and have more money than them all put togather....No lie
Damm good video. This is exactly what is going down. The American plan for Socialism is backfiring big time but you messege of the worst has been felt is true wait until all these Obama supporters graduate and cant get hired. They will be shocked, they thought they were all so special and did such a great thing electing the first black president. SUCK IT UP. Go into a different field like i did out of school.
we have an agent provocateur in our midst here below my post..i believe the best things to do as a Mass Consciousness is to live OUR lives with the highest intentions, become SELF SUFFICIENT, turn off ALL 'mainstream' mumbo-jumbo, & THINK FOR OURSELVES!! remember, if anyth'g 'goes down', you're on your own!!!! oh, they'll wait till you get tired to ask for those handouts, but your better off form'g your OWN communities & help'g each other....poley08 you'd be the 1st to ask for that handout!!!
"It's Over"..... how sad, but true. I'll live on to live another day and another life, helping those I love to do the same. I'm not married; although it's "late in the game" for me, maybe there's someone out there to share this crisis with me. We'll see.... I will emerge from this stronger one way or another.
Marriage will always be important to those that want a Christ led family. The "man" issue that Demcad sites with the court system was created by men. Men generally are not nearly as willing to care for children as mothers. Alimony? Not many men pay alimony. Get real. Were are living in 2009 not 1900 where only the men work and earns a very good salary; women are doing great when in the workforce. Demcad, the Word of God says he that findeth a wife findeth a good thing. You're a fantastic guy.
Also, in the uk, they gave all the freemaosns class (University eductaed, mainly) pensions which almost MATCH their wages (80% of wage). These people can earn £100,00 a year !
They retire after 25 yrs, then live for another 50 yrs ! So we pay 3 times their wage, over their life, and they only work one third of that life. IMAGINE how the hell we workers, who earn £23,00 (average wage - which INCLUDE the £100,000 people) are gonna pay THAT bill. It must add up to.... £1.3 Trillion (at a guess)
Yep, these punks are gonna try and squeeze the "owed" money from all of us.
The WORST thing people can do, is revolt.
This will give govt MORE power to make our lives more ecomnomical FRO THEM !!
They can use FEMA camps, and slave labour (whish will be disguised as some sort of community positive thing) and anything else they WANT, already, to do, but cant.
DONT give them the excuses they need. Just let them go down the pan, slowly and painfully, crying that theyve got no riches left.
Hey, on the BBC, they havent given new updates yet, but they are saying its gonna be "Much worse than they feared".
Thats this week, but they said the same last month, and the month before !!
So the £1.3 Trillion is out of the window, and will pale into insignificance.
Anyone who thinks we are ruled by religious nutcases, who model themselves on the devil's demons, and us on the Christian victims, may be tempted to think they are bringing back "ORIGINAL SIN" (whihc can ONLY be worked off) !!
America is in the state it's in due to the selling off our her businesses. We support bussiness who use third world countries for labor force, therefore cutting out the American worker. We do not boycott them, we continue support them. Basically selliing our jobs to help their economy. While we blame each other. The rich gets rich and we loose our jobs and blame each other...
that's why ''marriage'' is just a money thing, a tax haven; you pool your wealth together & when one finds the other is not a money magnet, they call it quits.
'marriage' is an UNNECESSARY EXPENSE. & when you grow apart, the divorce is FREE ! you just say, it's been fun, but now it's time to find myself again..... 'marriage' does not complete you. you're already complete... just looking to GROW from experience.
I've been married for 24 years and it's a bullshit money pit, especially when you have leeches (oops, i mean kids). Women shake their ass to get you to hook up and then turn into their mothers after 5 years. Don't do it young brothers!
Remember ''marriage'' is an INSTITUTIONAL ideology. the 'royalty' used marriage as a bining contract as to ownership of estates. then they sold it to us as a 'love' thing. i totally agree with Demcad that there's nothing in marriage that you can't do w/out it ! the 'church' represents ''relationships''... that you are not ''complete'' w/out another individual to complete a SPIRITUAL connection.... don't be fooled by the 'church'... they still have to prove that we really ''need'' them !
Kiddos getting out of school ain't gonna get jobs. More experienced older workers are moving down the food chain, that's the way it is for this generation.
True, but job losses of 600,000 per month cuts through all Demographics from the youngest to the oldest, but true it will lean towards the younger generation.
I personally got married because I was in love with my girfriend or as DEMCAD call it, I was having a "chemical/psychology condition" torwards my girlfriend. I met her when we were 14 years old, she was my girfriend at 16 & we got married at the age of 18. My wife is 30 & Im almost 31. We still have a "chemical/psychology condition" for each other after 15 years of being together. I didnt marry her to get laid, to get money or to have company. I married her because I loved her & still do.
And no, I wasn't a virgin in high school, lol. I was very popular with girls in school, not bragging. My first girfriend was in 5th grade Daliabel, lol. I had many, many girfriends after that all the way till high school. Crazy days in high school I tell you. But things are very different in PR. Most teenagers loose their virginity between the ages of 12 to 15. I dont know how bad it is now days, probably worse. But the point is that not everybody marries for $ or a special interest
That's a wonderful story, but the overwhelming majority of 18 year olds who get married ended up divorce. Moreover, there are people in their 40s and 50s who divorce all of the time. Most people simply, grow out of love. Some relationships take longer to play out than others.
But referring to an anomaly does not disprove the rule, it only proves that there's an exception to every rule.
I hope that you and your wife live a happy life and continue to be the exception.
Thanks. I rather live, love & risk to lose; than live, fear & still lose. Im not afraid of marriage cause I made a good choice. Thanks God for that.
But I understand that if you have a bad feeling of the woman you are going out with, that you shouldn't marry her. Sometimes people know they're not compatible, always fighting in their relationship, but they still go ahead & get married thinking it will get better when they married. Big mistake! Thats how you get most of your numbers on divorce.
You seem to have a lot of experience with marriage. I'm curious do you think a couple is likely to do better in the long run the more homogeneous they are? Like same race? age? interests? ect? I know in groups pyschology, people have more cohesion the more they are alike. These are features they rally around unconsciously.
I'm especially curious about race, because I know asians have preserved the paternal family structure much more than westerners. But I'm mixed Caucasian.
Not really, I don't see that happening soon, because I can't afford a girl friend or a wife on my income level right now. I'm just curious but if I asked this question in real life I would get looks.
drealm; Me & my wife are from the same race & age. We are a lot alike in moral, values & religion. Everything else is completely the opsite, lol. Thats a good thing based on my own personal experience.
Now, some people say women are a $ wasting machine. Well, Yes. But so are we men. Like DEMCAD said in one of his videos, men complaint their wife of gaining a thousand pounds, whe they are a thousand pounds themselves. We want to spend in cars & guns, they want to spend in makeup & shoes.lol.
DEM, boys get married due to some laziness. Today around early 30's impotence sets in cuz they are fat. But boys marry to have someone to take care of them. Money is not on their side-they're broke.
The college grads will move in with their parents and get depressed and start to take drugs and get apathetic. DEMCAD, you seem to have thought too much about reasons for not get married. Marriage is much better for the children as they know who their parents are and carry their name. There may be a move away from it now but people will realise that there are benefits to the children and go back to getting married. Married men live longer also so it could be prudent planning on your behalf.
Boys today want women that work. However, these boys never leave their place. If they work, they don't do much else, but want to be treated as "men" were 50 yrs ago where they were served. LOL,LOL,LOL
Marriage for women is one where she usually cares for an adult male that acts as a boy.Women today are earning more money than these boys.Unfortunately, it feels useless with one;she's alone-no help.
The stock market is rising rapidly. I don't understand where people are getting the money to invest heavily in the stock market right now. So many people are unemployed. Who is buying these stocks? The government? Is the government pumping money into the stock market?
Many women earn as much or more than males. So many women don't marry for $. Marrying for $ is very small % of society. Many couples don't have what it takes-unconditional love. Marriage is still good
I agree about marriage. 50% of marriages, the people hate each other so much that they divorce. Probably 25% don't like each other most of the time, but are complacent. 10% are probably indifferent. I would guess 15% actually make it. Yet everyone at the start thinks they're different. Their love is 'real'. Wake up people. For women, it's a lottery ticket. For most men, it's the worst bet they'll make in their lives.
Love is the highest, healing frequency. Love in the 3rd dimension has been skewed to a lower vibration, base chakra. Our understanding of Love has been manipulated to a superficial level, but Love actually transcends into higher interdimensional expression. We've only forgotten its true expressions, but in the time to come, we will remember the love that exists for all living things. you'll understand soon what that means. i know you've all got alot of Love to give; this is only experience....
That's gotta' mean that S.S. is broke and FDIC is broke..
When we have to go to China begging for money, simply put...we're broke.
Now that we are broke, they will keep the worse news under wraps in order to get their ducks in a row and are ready and able to 'handle' the angry citizens.
Immigration 'reform'
reform means to improve conditions. I'll leave it at that. I can't say what I am thinking...
I really liked your video. Youtube can be a great asset for you. If you need any help getting your video exposed i use a site called Tubeviews . Net It has really done wonders for me, Keep in touch
Please look at the genealogy of the ruling royal hierarchies. google clinton, madonna, jolie, pitt. they have lineage to the european royaly & related to each other. even palin is related to european royalty. hollywood actors, musicians, politicians, are ALL RELATED TO EACH OTHER!!! is it a coincidence these are all guys who take our attention away 24-7!!! that's their job - IT'S ALL PSYCHOLOGY!... playing with our REALITIES!!! Obama is actually related to BUSH & Clinton!.... look it up !!!!
No offense to anyone. There's a lot of guys who want home p&#$y. Many guys just don't want to work to get laid so they get married thinking that it's going to be easier.
Don't get me wrong, a lot of men love their wives, but the motivating factor behind getting married for a lot of guys is to avoid working to get some action.
Sorry if I hurt anyone's feelings, but I'm just telling it like it is.
i want to get married dude. i want to find me a women to spend the rest of my life with.........but i dont think i will. i dont forsee me being with any women.......im gonna be focusing all my efforts on surviving.
The question is "what kind of experience do you have"? I have been in the same industry for over 15 years however the experience that I gained was not worth much. Cerain jobs provide good experience where you can grow with it.
Other jobs are just that just a job. You need to do something that is in demand and not too much supply.
Over the last year and a half I have encountered 3 women in their early to mid twenties that didn't want to use protection during sex, and were very aggressive in pursuit of a relationship. These women are looking for a benefactor, even at the cost of raising a child which is completely unfair to the child. I've effectively decided as of summer of last year to go off the grid. Women are coming around on it too, so not to be one sided. Realtionships are useless. There is so much else to do.
By Justin Hyde, Detroit Free Press • April 8, 2009 President Barack Obamas auto task force dispatched a team of 15 people to General Motors Corp. headquarters in Detroit today to speed up the turnaround plan.
The team is larger than the previous waves of staffers sent by the administration to work with GM officials. This vanguard led by task force staffer Harry Wilson, a former hedge fund executive, and include experts from the Boston Consulting Group and investment bank Rothschild.
I'm lucky I'm a gay guy in a nine-year relationship with my partner. All my married friends are miserable and broke, or have been divorced at least once.
I used to date girls back in the day...tons of them, but I just couldn't get past all the mental bullshit. Again, I'm lucky I got out...
Men and women are completely different, and are nowhere near as compatible as we have been whipped into believing. A 50% success rate is a failure.
So do you think that men was created to Fck another men? You think that women was created to have a sexual life with another woman? And then on top of that you judge by your own numbers that 50% succes rate between a marriage between a man & a woman is failure, but you self-label as lucky for being Gay?
You have some problems dude. Every one can do what they please w their lives, but you cant convince me, that you are lucky for giving head to another man. That is disgusting, pig!
Time to start the underground economy, quit paying the government taxes since the irs is unconstitutional, I know, I am working 20 hours a week at minimum wage. We need to get ourside of ourselves and think of others as well as ourselves, network and work together
There's very little real women out there anymore. The majority now are spoiled bratz who think their pussy is made of gold & that men have to workship them. Fuck that. You see females trying to do what it used to be a mens job, they want to have "equal rights", they want to be treated the same as a man, all they want is money & material stuff. But when the man says "Im wearing the pants here", they want to be treated as "WOMEN" & run away with the pot of gold, leaving the man broke & ruined.
There are still a few real women out there thou. They appreciate what their man do, they still cook for their man, they cooperate on making important decisions but leave the last word to the man of the house, they respect their man. But to find one you have to look really hard. Im lucky I found one of them real women. They are a dying breed now days.
The problem is not equal rights. The problem is that most want to be a woman, only for certain things, at their convinience.
I'm sorry but you are wrong. I've given up most of my ambitions in life to raise 5 kids and put them ahead of myself. It might be that the man runs away and leaves the women to care for their kids
and on the flip side of your picture, if she's home bound...lotza men play the 'it's my pussy game'...and you do as i say for what i give.....
so which one would you take?
obviously both sides aren't focused on what is really meaningful....the relationship itself...but then this is what we are getting MIRRORED to us in this culture: MATERIALISM, GREED, CONTROL
they ONLY way it will change....is from the INSIDE
Ohh yeah, definately men cheat on their women, with anothe married woman who put out!
Also some either become the type of " I wear the skirt but I have the balls" or they become the other type of "You go to work & I'll become a couch potato, but we'll just call it {raising our kids}". The other type is the normal real women who learn the balance of life.
When men take their kids to play ball, to the park, to hunt, to fish, camping, to the fair, that doesnt count as "raising my kids"?
you obviously have a lot of anger at women and 'conflict visions' with relationships....sadly, your emotions will only draw more of it in your life or all around you to see....because that is what you believe.....change your belief....you'll see a different vision....
You are obviously Wrong. I have no anger at women. It is you who have "Conflict Visions" with my statements. I dont have to change my beliefs. Why? Because they are not the same as your beliefs? Who says your beliefs are right, if not only yourself?
You cant sound smart when you know nothing about what you are talking about.....
I have been married for 13 years with my first & only wife plus 2 years of being my girlfriend. We are happy & have 2 kids. She knows her role & I know mine. :)
I know you didnt say your beliefs were right. But my point is that just because things are messed up out there and I just call them as I see 'em, that does not make me an Abgry person who hates women or the world. When I made my statements below, I make them with sadness not anger. I have my opinions & picture of things based in what I've lived, know, see, hear, experience, researched, learned & sence.
I didnt say my beliefs were right either, EntouchNetwork. Maybe we are both wrong...lol.

Yeah, of course colleges overcharge.
My physics book is $192 (I just got an ebook) and my physics professor always says other countries don't charge like US does. It's as if they treat education like a business, instead of something to be prised.

I'm not trashing college grads. I'm a grad, too. But the fact of the matter is that these colleges and universities are over-charging for tuition. They're a rip off.
A degree isn't what it use to be.
DEMCAD 2 years ago 8
My dad said about 12 years ago to me that the college degree will someday be the same as a high school diploma. My take is that if these college students don't get a degree that helps market themselves to today's job market, it's the equivalent of a high school diploma. Education, nursing/health care/medical, and engineering are really the only industries where you can find a job anywhere in the US, even before you obtain the degree.
Grapes428 1 year ago
@DEMCAD absolutely!!!!!!!! all these college degrees and NO jobs. Productive Gain? Where is it? How can a college spit out a Business Degree, or a liberal Art degree for the same as a Nursing Degree? The liberal art may never get out of debt????????

Your grammar isn't at the level of a college graduate. That's probably a major reason why you aren't getting job offers. The market is extremely tough right now. I just graduated and it took me three months to find a job, but it's definitely not the pay I was looking for. My advice would be to do some volunteer work or an unpaid internship. Be sure to personalize your resume and cover letter, and work on your grammar.

Marriage will always be important to those that want a Christ led family. The "man" issue that Demcad sites with the court system was created by men. Men generally are not nearly as willing to care for children as mothers. Alimony? Not many men pay alimony. Get real.

DONT give them the excuses they need. Just let them go down the pan, slowly and painfully, crying that theyve got no riches left.

that's why ''marriage'' is just a money thing, a tax haven; you pool your wealth together & when one finds the other is not a money magnet, they call it quits.
'marriage' is an UNNECESSARY EXPENSE. & when you grow apart, the divorce is FREE ! you just say, it's been fun, but now it's time to find myself again..... 'marriage' does not complete you. you're already complete... just looking to GROW from experience.

JOSYMOL 2 years ago 3
...cont...
JOSYMOL 2 years ago
That's a wonderful story, but the overwhelming majority of 18 year olds who get married ended up divorce. Moreover, there are people in their 40s and 50s who divorce all of the time. Most people simply, grow out of love. Some relationships take longer to play out than others.
But referring to an anomaly does not disprove the rule, it only proves that there's an exception to every rule.
I hope that you and your wife live a happy life and continue to be the exception.
DEMCAD 2 years ago
JOSYMOL 2 years ago

You seem to have a lot of experience with marriage. I'm curious do you think a couple is likely to do better in the long run the more homogeneous they are? Like same race? age? interests? ect? I know in groups pyschology, people have more cohesion the more they are alike. These are features they rally around unconsciously.
I'm especially curious about race, because I know asians have preserved the paternal family structure much more than westerners. But I'm mixed Caucasian.

PontVedra 2 years ago
The college grads will move in with their parents and get depressed and start to take drugs and get apathetic. DEMCAD, you seem to have thought too much about reasons for not get married. Marriage is much better for the children as they know who their parents are and carry their name. There may be a move away from it now but people will realise that there are benefits to the children and go back to getting married. Married men live longer also so it could be prudent planning on your behalf.

Many women earn as much or more than males. So many women don't marry for $. Marrying for $ is very small % of society. Many couples don't have what it takes-unconditional love. Marriage is still good

But most women marry men who make more money.
And studies show that money is the most common reason couples divorce. So money is obviously a big part of it.

Our understanding of Love has been manipulated to a superficial level, but Love actually transcends into higher interdimensional expression. Marriage isn't over. I know there are a lot of negatives, but there are still a lot of guys that like the companionship and commitment.
But you are all right about the economy. The party is over. It's time to prepare and be ready. And I am one of those new gun owners.

So much better now!

frwlbrng;

Looks like if we all pull together we can get the economy turned around again before too long.
Yes, jobs are down, but as some1 who's run a company before - sometimes that's when you can get rid of some of the deadwood.
What shocked me today was Wells Fargo reporting a $3 Billion profit for the Quarter.
Here in Texas we're doing fairly well with most banks showing a profit & real estate holding up ok, but I was surprised about Ca.
For the sake of our kids let's hope for the best.

But when the man says "Im wearing the pants here", they want to be treated as "WOMEN" & run away with the pot of gold, leaving the man broke & ruined.

...cont...

Ageed 100%.
That's why I have never been pussy whipped.
The very roots of the global crisis was caused by them in the first place. Think about it, think hard and you'll get the picture.
btbking 2 years ago
and on the flip side of your picture, if she's home bound...lotza men play the 'it's my pussy game'...and you do as i say for what i give.....
so which one would you take?
obviously both sides aren't focused on what is really meaningful....the relationship itself...but then this is what we are getting MIRRORED to us in this culture: MATERIALISM, GREED, CONTROL
they ONLY way it will change....is from the INSIDE
EntouchNetwork 2 years ago
Ohh yeah, definately men cheat on their women, with anothe married woman who put out!
Also some either become the type of " I wear the skirt but I have the balls" or they become the other type of "You go to work & I'll become a couch potato, but we'll just call it {raising our kids}". The other type is the normal real women who learn the balance of life.
When men take their kids to play ball, to the park, to hunt, to fish, camping, to the fair, that doesnt count as "raising my kids"?

you obviously have a lot of anger at women and 'conflict visions' with relationships....sadly, your emotions will only draw more of it in your life or all around you to see....because that is what you believe.....change your belief....you'll see a different vision....
take care
EntouchNetwork 2 years ago
You are obviously Wrong. I have no anger at women. It is you who have "Conflict Visions" with my statements. I dont have to change my beliefs. Why? Because they are not the same as your beliefs? Who says your beliefs are right, if not only yourself?
You cant sound smart when you know nothing about what you are talking about.....
I have been married for 13 years with my first & only wife plus 2 years of being my girlfriend. We are happy & have 2 kids. She knows her role & I know mine. :)
JOSYMOL 2 years ago
i didn't say mine were right.....
tho you are a very angry individual for sure...
absolutely NO DOUBT!!
EntouchNetwork 2 years ago
I know you didnt say your beliefs were right. But my point is that just because things are messed up out there and I just call them as I see 'em, that does not make me an Abgry person who hates women or the world. When I made my statements below, I make them with sadness not anger. I have my opinions & picture of things based in what I've lived, know, see, hear, experience, researched, learned & sence.
I didnt say my beliefs were right either, EntouchNetwork. Maybe we are both wrong...lol.
