Arum just announced recently that they would agree to a neutral body like WADA administering the test. SO if that is the case, reports that pac had earlier accepted a test are completely 100% false.
Arum was hoping WADA would appoint a Filipino organiozation as that is where pac trains but the WADA announced that they would appoint USADA because the fight would be in Vegas.
Arum has been silent.
