  • I'm sorry but Chris is not properly representing Calvinism correctly...I could have done a better job!

  • This portion did not provide convincing answers on either side...unfortunately.

  • Last question, Fernandez and Chris (with a dead brain) did not answer directly to the question.

  • Chris' affirmation regarding the raising of children is basically: You can raise your children for heaven while God may created them for damnation. You can love your child while God may hate your child. You can discipline your child for eternal bliss while God has fitted them for eternal torment. I find this notion abhrorent! Is he serious?

  • Chris keeps on affirming that choosing God, in Arminianism, is solely man generated. This is a misrepresentation of Arminianism, which he is either choosing to not acknowledge, does not understand, or ignores.

  • If we don't know if the divine desire to save all men, asserted in the Bible, whether it is covenantal or decreetal, how can one claim it is one or the other?

  • I hate to say this but both fail to understand quite a few questions that I think were pretty simple.

  • RE: free will, Calvinist redefine free will. (Unless I am mistaken) the non-elect have free will only to sin. The elect have free will to believe God and obey Him.

  • Q&A re: Hebr 6. The answer, is that, I would think acccording to Calvin, God granted some non-elect authentic experiences of salvation in order to deceive them into believing that are saved and, by and by, will remove these this grace from them and damn them.
