the meat puppets were the shit... they were good enuff to be on sst. so they had to have a touche of individuality.. like the minutemen. worm and blackflag.. and husker du.. so many diverse bands.. no band sounded the same.. that was the awesome part.. the meat pupets and the minutemen were more stoner though haha..
I was there too....and this sound came out better than my voice recorder, LOL....Wish I followed them to SanFran next day, then again, I hate parking there. Thank god they're not opening for some crap band anymore, hope they come to Catalyst this summer
