I really hope they are taking this seriously and care about this and it isn't just PR.

Anytime you mass produce something, there should be thought in where the waste is going to go. Especially for things like electronics that have such a (needlessly) short life cycle.

So What You are Saying is You sell a $300 phone to your Subscribers and by the end of their 2 Years or time for upgrade instead of giving them them cash value for their old phone you want to recycle the phone for your Benefit.

@Problacklist Thing is... most people feel they deserve cash/some benefit for their non-functioning phone they've stacked away somewhere in their home. It's difficult to quantify the value of a phone unless it's in working condition.
