@Cornerless lol. Use paragon choices for Kaiden/Liara or Ashley/Liara. There will come a time when both ppl will ask you about "rumors" of you liking the other person. Answer them opposite of what you would do in RL (LOL!). Say that the other person is "special" or "yes they are of interest to you". Then go to the other romance partner and you will be asked a similar question, answer the same. Later in the game you will be confronted by both. That's the scene you're watching.
