Johnny Gimble - Guero's Taco Bar 4/24/2009

My dad was born in the same year as Johnny Gimble. He's having a hard time talking like he used to, or even walking. Here's Johnny playing and singing better than anybody, at any age. And having completely started over re-building from a stroke. WHAT THE...? .....don't even get me started about this guitar player..Kenny Frazier? Wow. I AM IN AWE. I think I do want to keep living into my eighties now, if I can make my lifelong desire to play music come true.

The Guitarist is the great, impeccable Kenny Frazier, one of the best guitarists in Central Texas. He has taught literally 100's of guitar players at McLennan Community College's Commercial Music Program. It's always a great pressure to play against him! I really liked what he was tryin to do in his solo...Hee hee...that's JG humor.
