There was no Freestyle in RockBand 1 (when I made this video)

In Rockband 2 (and Beatles RB) there is now a Freestyle mode.

It also works (for playstaition)if you hit the eject button just as a song begins, it freezes the game but you can play for as long as you like. This video is a safer way though.

hey, i was at best buy yesterday and saw the rock band and the guitar hero set up and decided to give it a try. i went to one side and played the guitar from GH for a little while and i was hooked...

then i went to the other side and played the drums for a little while and got even more hooked... some dude strolled by, picked up the guitar, some little girl picked up the bass/guitar and we rocked out... of course, it was on medium level but who cares, it sounded awesome!!! NOT, but fun...
