@romansoldierofhonor technique and speed are more important that strength in arm wrestling, if u dont have technique or speed u can rely on brute strength but ull lose often. this is why in WSM the only time they have arm wrestling is in exabitions or qualifying round and even then its a qualifying round in a lesser know show, speed and technique are paramout in olympic lift too, peace out n stay strong all those in the iron brotherhood
