I LOVED the theme from The Town and think that it sounds more like the Finding Nemo - Egg theme.

I like the Town's soundtrack better by quite a bit. The resolution of the melody is pretty much the same, but there are a couple of key note differences in the first part of the melody.

Anyway,it IS possible that this wasn't intentional "copying" at all. It's pretty hard to come up with an ORIGINAL melody since the beginning of time..that said i can't say the same for the cold play vida la vida song

you dipshits. you don't rip another artist on a movie..you guys ever heard of copy rights? its not a rip off if its the same song! that was an originall song made for band of brothers. so the sound producers for the town obviously got permission to use the song in this movie. think before you act and maybe you won't seem so arrogant next time.
